We ship worldwide from Peru, five times a week. All packages are shipped with TRACKING, which means that the package can be tracked, requires signature and will be returned to us in case it can not be delivered. Therefore, your orders are shipped quickly and safely, and will not be lost or delivered to the wrong person. After we send your order, we will send you the tracking details. It may take up to 48 hours before the tracking data becomes visible. Most arrive in 10 days, but due to normal customs procedures and postal service schedules can take up to 4 weeks. We offer several methods of REGISTERED shipping.

When tracking my item, what does “shipment not trackable or number not found” mean?

His number has not been found at this time. It may not be in the system yet. Please try again later. This can be caused by a number of reasons: The carrier has not entered the tracking information into their system.
Generally, after the sender ships the package, the package will be processed by the carrier and will enter the tracking information. There may be a delay between scanning and tracking availability on your systems. It normally takes a few days for processing, therefore the tracking information may not appear online immediately, please try again later.
