Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from Peru, five times a week. All packages are shipped with TRACKING, which means that the package can be tracked. Therefore, your orders are shipped quickly and safely. After we send your order, we will send you the tracking details. Most arrive in 10 days, but due to normal customs procedures and postal service schedules can take up to 4 weeks. We offer several methods of REGISTERED shipping.

Will usually ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.

Returns & Replacements

Please, carefully inspect your order upon receiving your delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us and we will gladly arrange a refund or provide an exchange for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of receipt. All our products are guaranteed.
